Project 6- Kilmacud Development
This exclusive development is located on 1.5 acres in Stillorgan, Co. Dublin and comprises of 38 luxury apartments and duplexes in the grounds of the refurbished and protected period property, Kilmacud House. Two contemporary apartment buildings have been arranged to create a formal entrance courtyard which enhances and complements the formality of the existing House, with the notable Cedar tree as its centrepiece. Dual aspect duplexes and generous apartments face east-west and open on to private terraces which overlook a large private communal garden. The sensitively landscaped grounds comprise of a courtyard with water feature, pleasure garden, Summerhouse lawn and children’s playground
Project 3 - Victory Centre, Dublin
The 6,000 sqm Victory Centre in South Dublin supports the growing congregation of the Victory Christian Fellowship. The Church is sited within a 2.8 hectare parkland setting and has been designed to ensure the careful integration of its large volume into this landscaped context by means of its expansive glazed walls, sleek, curved, low-lying profile and the palette of natural materials proposed including natural stone walls, timber cladding and zinc. The Church will support the needs of the local community by providing ancillary facilities including a bookshop, crèche, activity and social areas. Project 4 - Gorey Business ParK
Gorey Business Park is full of innovative design concepts profiling modern, creative techniques while embracing the specific requirements of today's enthusiastic entrepreneur. The development is over 260,000 sq ft, it boosts of is wind turbine power generating system, offices, civic amenity centre, waste-recycling, carparks and more.
Gorey Business Park has been developed with the business community in mind, ample parking, security systems, excellent geographical location and broadband internet access together with single and 3 phase power are just some of the facilities which make the business park an ideal setting for business in the twenty-first century.
The business park has a wide variety of business, now home to more than 50 companies. The park is a thriving business community to companies ranging from small independent companies to large multinational companies. Gorey Business Park comprises an overall floor area of approximately 260, 000 sq ft. including 40 self contained units and the enterprise centre which offers approximately 30,000 sq ft of office space. There are plans in place to continue its expansion which, when complete will make Gorey Business Park one of the largest independently owned Industrial Estates in Ireland.
Gorey Business Park is also home to the civic amenities centre which will provide recycling facilites, waste deposal and other services to its users. This centre which will be operated by Wexford County Council is near completion and will increase the already high volume of visitors to the park each day.
Infinitefocus Group under the leadership and owner, Jim Osborne was responsible for planning, design, construction and management of the facility. It is an ongoing development, so far over €20m has been expended on the first 3 phases.
Project 5 - Walsheslough: High-end development 25 detached houses
nfinite-focus Group under the leadership of Thomas and William Walsh(stakeholders) planned, designed, constructed and managed the development from inception to completion and maintenance to date.
Built to the very highest standards, Walsheslough is an exclusive evelopment of only 25 detached houses providing a truly stunning collection of high specification luxury homes that cater for a wide spectrum of family lifestyles. The development included all roads network, dranaige services, gas connections, streetlight and full interior decoration and high-spec finishes.
Five striking designs of 3, 4 or even 5 bedroom layouts with accommodation in all housetypes generously proportioned, thoughtfully laid out and exceptionally spacious. Included in a wealth of features are 2 reception rooms, ground floor bedroom with en-suite, ground floor cloaks with wc & whb, fitted kitchen with breakfast area and separate utility, plus master bedroom with en suite. A particularly notable feature is the fabulous Turn Key finish that will be applied to every one of these delightful homes.
